Role Overview:
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, mission-aligned Sales & Strategic Growth Partner to join Rising Kitchens in our early stages. You’ll work closely with our founder to lead the charge on customer acquisition, partnership growth, and overall strategy, allowing our team to focus on nurturing and developing talent. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with the opportunity to shape Rising Kitchens’ trajectory as we grow beyond the culinary world.
Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth through strategic outreach, focusing on securing larger, recurring contracts that align with our mission.
• Collaborate with the founder to refine customer acquisition processes and streamline sales funnels.
• Build and maintain partnerships with companies, community organizations, and other industry stakeholders.
• Serve as a thought partner on business strategy, continuously innovating ways to expand our reach and impact across new industries.

• Sales Expertise: A proven track record in sales, business development, or partnership management, ideally in a mission-driven or startup environment.

• Relationship Builder: Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a talent for closing deals that align with our values.
Compensation:
We understand this is an unconventional role and are open to discussing creative compensation packages that are 100% commission or equity-based.
• Commission-Based: Earn based on sales closed, with the potential for more substantial compensation as we grow.
