THE DETAILS.
Here’s how it works.
1. Submit an interest form (in English or Spanish).
In order to qualify to be a Rising Kitchen, all you need is to have a registered business in NJ. Not there yet? Email us and we can connect you with the right resources.
2. Meet with our selection team who will learn your story and try your products.
It’s important the businesses we represent sell products of the highest quality. Local chefs and food entrepreneurs sit on our selection team to help determine the selection of Rising Kitchens.
3. Finalists are notified.

4. Obtain all necessary certifications and insurances.
We will help make sure you meet all requirements to be connected to business opportunities. Click here to learn more.
5. We market your business to NJ companies and individuals and connect you with business opportunities.
It’s a win-win. Early-stage food entrepreneurs connect to more customers. And our community discovers the newest food businesses and supports their growth, all while enjoying delicious food. And Rising Kitchens, LLC receives a percentage of sales from each successful match (percentage is based on contract size).
6. Receive ongoing mentorship, business training and peer support.
As part of Rising Kitchens, LLC, you have access to mentors in the food industry and broader educational opportunities. We understand being a new small business owner is not easy. We also believe in the power of mentorship and standing on the shoulders of those who have come before you.
